A little about me (:

Well, to start off with my name is Jessica Clark, which means “Gift from God.” I’m eighteen years old and my birthday is in January, which would make me an Aquarius. I’m from New Port Richey. However most people call it “New Port Nowhere” because there isn’t that much too do around there. I have an older brother who is pretty much one of my best friends. My parents and I are also really close. I have no idea what I would want to be when I grow up so as of right now I’m undecided with my major. I’ve been back and forth from wanting to be a dental hygienist, to a psychology major, to a nurse. During my sophomore year of high school a new school was being built, and where I lived was the cut off for zoning for the other school. So I transferred over to the new school called Anclote High. It took a lot of getting used to considering none of my friends really came with me so I was alone, kind of like my situation of coming to this college. The one cool thing about switching schools was that I ended up being in the first graduating class of the high school. I haven’t really been a huge sports fan however during middle school I ran track and played volleyball. In high school, my friend convinced me to join the golf team which I ended up actually really taking a liking too. Zumba was one of my obsessions back home. I usually went twice a week at a local gym I went to.  I love music, mostly rap/hip-hop or country. I also love going to country clubs and learning all the line dances that there is. I really love it here at FGCU so far and I’m really looking forward to a good 4 years here and meeting new people.

  3. I definitely understand where you're coming from when you say you don't know what you want to do for a major. I went back and forth between so many things an x-ray technician, dental hygienist, police officer, and now opening a spa! There is sort of this country club place around here it's called Pericos have you been there?

  4. We both have the same name:D and I know exactly how it feels to be the new girl at a school considering I went to three different high schools. If you wanna narrow down what you wanna do you could possibly weight the pros and cons out.Or see which career has good vacation time more job availability and a pension.:)
